The Rongcheng Zichen Community Project is developed and constructed by the Yellow River Delta Continued Training Base of the Jinan Military Region. Dongying Zhubo Engineering Supervision Co., Ltd. is responsible for project supervision. The quality and safety supervision of the project is supervised by the Quality Inspection Station of the Joint Logistics Department of Jinan Military Region. The project address is located at the Military Horse Farm Comprehensive Training Base of Gudao Town, Hekou District, Dongying City, Shandong Province. The first phase of the project has a total construction area of 100,000 square meters, consisting of 11 6+1F multi-storey buildings and 21 three-story townhouses. The project structure is a frame structure. The construction of this project started in March 2014 and is scheduled to be completed in July 2015.
